We appreciated this pet-friendly hotel, nothing to complain about. The staff were accommodating, polite, can't wait to come back. The location was favourable, not too far from Old Mill.

I 100% recommend the hotel and would come here again. The property is fairly clean, has ideal staff and location.

I had a real good experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was unbeatable close enough to all attractions, especially Dollywood, Pigeon Forge. The continental breakfast was more than adequate with a wide range of items to choose from. The stay on vacation certainly was great value.

Friendly service, clean rooms, healthy breakfast. Good beds and WiFi, flat screen cable TV and terrace. There was a busy bar with lots of different food, such as snacks and afternoon tea. Early check in and easy check out.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly large. Incredibly convenient location not too far from dolly parton's stampede...

this property is stunningly beautiful, it has fine staff and location. good sized bedrooms and heated pool.

Contemporary decor, very very nice stuff, comfy bed. Incredibly comfortable location to a profit crime museum. Took a walk around city center, located not too far away from the hotel. Breakfast was large and had lots of meals. Also, free WiFi throughout the property was really convenient.

Would stay here again. Great service too.
